John’s attention to detail and suggestions on how toimprove our... space were fantastic through the whole design process which made it very easy for us to choose Haus12. We went to John to help us design our new kitchen as we knew what we wanted but no clue how to achieve it. From the... moment we spoke nothing was too much hassle, John kept altering his designs till we were happy , and he managed to accommodate all our requirements, which no other high street company could achieve. His knowledge and design ideas are second to none, he has transformed the way we live, our kitchen is the new family hub we spend so much time in here, from cooking and eating family meals to socialising and entertaining guests. We have so much more storage, but with more room to cook and bake. The design and layout is exactly as I had wished for, one big open plan family space where we can all chill out together. we have recommended Haus12 to all our family and friends because we received a fabulous service and a great quality new kitchen.read more

John, and his infectious enthusiasm, made the design process exciting and very enjoyable. The 3d modelling made the... process very transparent and allowed us to fully understand the implications of any adjustment to the layout and detailing. The installation team were superb, extremely accommodating and committed to high quality.The whole process from start to finish and after handover has been great. Additional tweeks being accommodated without fuss and always to the timescales agreed.The quality of the products has been exactly as expected so hope that we have opportunities to work with John and his team in the futureread more

After seeing Haus 12’s work online, we called for an initial consultation with John, who is really personable and... friendly. The showroom demonstrates the fantastic quality of the kitchens and we were really keen on the anti fingerprint door fronts available, which we’ve not seen anywhere else. John put careful thought into the design, meeting our requirements and coming up with great ideas we would not have thought of, all within budget. His knowledge of the products is first rate. John’s team of skilled workers did a fantastic job - they’re all extremely hardworking and nothing was ever too much trouble. Special mention to Malcolm, and also to Lee for coming back at 8pm to fit the final piece when it was delivered. The finished kitchen looks amazing and we’re so pleased with how it turned out. We will be looking to remodel our utility room in future and wouldn’t hesitate to use Haus 12 again.read more

From design to installation everything was faultless and we are over the moon with the result. Haus 12 use a professional team of highly skilled tradesmen and special mention goes to Lee the fitter and Malcolm the electrician, absolute first class.We therefor cannot recommend Haus 12 highly enough!read more

I needed a large kitchen designed at very late notice. John the designer listened throughout to our needs and came up... with some great ideas.Through a combination of really good design and practicality we have a really well thought out and beautiful kitchen.From the very start until the end I can honestly say the service has been excellent, John is certainly not pushy he listens to your needs and then discusses solutions to the problems.We use this kitchen and all of the small and big ideas for space and usage have worked out to exactly match our needs.I can't recommend enough.read more

John will design the entire project or work with your own suggestions - nothing is too much trouble to ensure you end up with the kitchen you dreamt of. Being asked the question once our new kitchen had been installed "are you happy with the final result?" was the... simplest of all questions to answer! "We absolutely adore it!" At first for the first two weeks it felt like we were living in swanky rented accommodation, since the transformation was massive.All the family want to congregate within it now, which is super because it has extracted the kids from out of their bedrooms into a much more enjoyable and family social environment. This has got to be one of the largest perks and certainly worth it all.From the planning and designing stages John was extremely thorough, methodical and creative. Very little did we want to change from what was initially proposed. He took all our ideas into consideration and simply converted the project into something we adore and will enjoy for many years to come.The fitters again were super, they arrived on time and worked whatever hours were necessary to get the job complete and to a very high standard i would like to add.We would certainly recommend John and his team, he's a credit to the industry.read more

John spent a lot of time... with us to see how we use our kitchen and other rooms and designed a fantastic and light family space, designing ways of changing our bad habits for clutter and surfaces covered in gadgets! We walked into John’s showroom after just cancelling a kitchen from a high street retailer for poor customer service.... We quickly realised this was where we wanted our kitchen from. John listened and put our minds at rest as we had concerns which came from the previous company. We chopped and changed our minds but nothing was too much trouble, he took the time to guide us as his knowledge and attention to detail is second to none in German kitchens. We returned many times and received the same standard of service from the first meeting. John spent hours with us perfecting our design and communication was constant. John goes that extra mile which was greatly appreciated.Installation. Delivery of kitchen turned up at correct time slot. No waiting around, when John said things would arrive they did.Lee ( kitchen fitter) was an absolute pleasure turned up when he said, his attention to detail in fitting the kitchen was amazing. Very professional and never left without leaving the space immaculate.This was our experience with the electricians, plumbers, plasterers and decorator they all went that extra mile. The whole process couldn’t have went smoother. I cannot thank John and his team enough. Our kitchen is everything we have dreamt of and more. Thank you John and all the Haus 12 team.read more

We had John recommmended to us for our full kitchen refit. Even though COVID struck when we had knocked 1 wall down, he... was able to keep the project going safely. We are so happy with the result. John had lots of ideas that made much better use of the space than our original vision.read more
