A big hello to 2020 from Haus12 – Let’s start by looking back at our 2019 highlights 

Awards

At the start of the year we were honoured to receive yet another award – Best of Houzz Service 2019.  This was only possible with thanks to all the customers who take out time to review our services on the popular online interiors portal Houzz.co.uk.  We’re proud to have won this award for the 4th consecutive year which is testament to our commitment to delivering the best customer experience.

New starter

This year Haus12 also welcomed a new addition to the team, Natalia Cladera McCormack.  Natalia is an experienced and talented kitchen designer having worked for many years for an exclusive kitchen company in Mallorca, designing high end kitchens for the luxury homes on the island. 

Natalia joined John in Germany in September to experience the 2019 Hausfair – the annual kitchen expo. Natalia has successfully relocated back to her birth town of Newcastle and she is looking forward to bringing her knowledge of continental kitchen design to Haus12.

Cooking demo events

Throughout the year we’ve hosted cooking demonstrations from BORA and The Demo Chef this year. Both were well attended and were fantastic opportunities to introduce new appliances, new recipes and catch up with our customers over the year.

showroom updates

The showroom has seen some changes over the year with a brand new displays to the rear of the showroom – featuring a strong industrial stainless steel finish as well as a traditional painted frame finish in the a rich blue with a pantry style drinks cabinet.

2019 project highlights

So it’s been another a busy year with kitchen installations all over the north east from Hexham to Teesside. In terms of kitchen trends2019 saw lot of greys – both soft and dark accompanying striking and sleek concrete industrial finishes to the very bold on-trend black matt finishes.  Here are just a few highlights of the projects completed in 2019.
