Our central Newcastle kitchen showroom location is fantastic – not only because we’re situated in the middle of a thriving city, but because it makes us accessible to so many people. We have really fallen in love with our kitchen showroom nestled beneath Newcastle’s railway arches. Not only is it quirky and unique, but it’s an inspiring space for us to work from, allowing us to come up with excellent kitchen designs that our clients fall head over heels for.

We are delighted with our new kitchen, designed and installed by Haus12. John was superb throughout the whole process - from initial design to discussing aftercare. The kitchen is fantastic (stylish, perfect layout, masses of storage) and we couldn’t believe we could achieve such high quality products and service within our budget. John works with a stellar team and the kitchen was installed with great care and attention to detail (thank you, Lee!). This is a kitchen built to last and we will be enjoying the space for many, many years to come. I would have no hesitation in recommending Haus12 - it has been a brilliant experience from start to finish.

Haus12 has gone above and beyond for us. Very professional and catered to all our needs. We needed the kitchen done in a certain time frame and they made it happen. John has been really good in helping us design the kitchen and helped give us tips and ideas on what to have which helped a lot. We have had our kitchen beautifully transformed by John McNeil at Haus-12. He really captured what we wanted from the space and has managed to craft something stylish, modern and functional but which is also really sensitive to the farm-house/cottage setting. It is wonderful to cook in and a delight to live in. John's various tradespeople are all real experts as well as being gentle, polite and courteous - the sorts of people it feels very comfortable having in your home. We love our new kitchen and couldn't recommend Haus-12 enough to anyone thinking about getting work done on their own home.

Really glad I was referred to John by a friend! I’ve been after my dream kitchen for years and felt John really listened to what I wanted for my budget.
The outcome was a kitchen that I could show off and be proud of and more importantly just functions & flows well!
Has all the mod cons I could ask for with so much cupboard space. I was worried about this as I was losing a bench but John’s design was able to maximize the space.
Over all very impressed by the speed in which it was done, from the kitchen being pulled out, to the plasterer and decorators to my new kitchen arriving & being fitted. Highly recommend John and his team!

We wanted a quality German Kitchen, our search delivered exactly what we were looking for right
here in the North East. Enter John McNeil, from his initial Design concept to the completed project
by Haus12 in Newcastle. John sat down with us at his showroom, and we chatted about our loose
ideas, drawings and extension plans. He listened to our ideas and requirements. Attention to detail
was first class. He noted how we said we used the kitchen in our old house and what we needed this
one. John provided both an interesting asymmetrical concept island in a one off colour with angled
breakfast bar for entertaining, combined with the solid “tall wall” housing the fitted white goods and
hidden IBIS cupboard as it is now affectionately known. John’s extensive knowledge and ideas with
his charismatic enthusiasm has brought about a great result. Lee (the Haus12 installer) who installed
the kitchen was professional and courteous throughout with nothing being a problem to him. Being
methodical and above all a clean and tidy worker, even cleaning down and vacuuming out all the
units before he left on the last day. That’s not where our journey finished though. After the
installation John was still available. Ensuring after some time we were satisfied with the kitchen, and
everything was working as designed and fitted. John made time to come to the house and see the
finished extension space and our fabulous family kitchen in person.

Haus12 team designed, supplied and fitted a quality German kitchen in 2015. Despite the kitchen manufacturer going out of business and the product being well out of guarantee, I contacted John McNeil when we had a problem with the finishing on one of the doors. John immediately arranged for a survey. The original kitchen fitter removed the door, took it away and returned a few days later. Same door was refitted, looks as good as new. No quibble, no argument about warranty period, no charge. EXCELLENT customer service.

Delighted with our new kitchen from Haus12 Interiors. John’s attention to detail and suggestions on how to
improve our space were fantastic through the whole design process which made it very easy for us to choose Haus12. Schedules on installation were well communicated and the actual fitting by Lee was first class. All subcontractors used were friendly, professional and highly recommended too.

We went to John to help us design our new kitchen as we knew what we wanted but no clue how to achieve it. From the moment we spoke nothing was too much hassle, John kept altering his designs till we were happy , and he managed to accommodate all our requirements, which no other high street company could achieve. His knowledge and design ideas are second to none, he has transformed the way we live, our kitchen is the new family hub we spend so much time in here, from cooking and eating family meals to socialising and entertaining guests. We have so much more storage, but with more room to cook and bake. The design and layout is exactly as I had wished for, one big open plan family space where we can all chill out together. we have recommended Haus12 to all our family and friends because we received a fabulous service and a great quality new kitchen.

John, and his infectious enthusiasm, made the design process exciting and very enjoyable. The 3d modelling made the process very transparent and allowed us to fully understand the implications of any adjustment to the layout and detailing. The installation team were superb, extremely accommodating and committed to high quality.
The whole process from start to finish and after handover has been great. Additional tweeks being accommodated without fuss and always to the timescales agreed.
The quality of the products has been exactly as expected so hope that we have opportunities to work with John and his team in the future

I remember we decided to call into John's showroom on a whim as we had been getting rather depressed looking at the run of the mill kitchens from the major manufacturers. Three hours later after some really detailed discussions on what we really wanted, the decision to go with Haus12 was made. John has an incredible mind for design and made suggestions that we would never have thought of. At one point we were considering an extension, but after discussion, John highlighted to us the benefits of existing space and how he could transform it into a kitchen space which met our small family's needs. As enthusiastic cooks, John took on board what Tamsin and I wanted in terms of appliances and storage needs. He also added flair and concept to give us a truly outstanding kitchen.
However it is also important to highlight that the key ingredient to the success of our kitchen was the faultless service. Lee, our kitchen fitter from Haus12 is one of the hardest working and most diligent kitchen fitters. His attention to detail and completion of tasks really made the process fly. In addition (something which one struggles with sometimes with companies) is the aftercare and snag sorting. Every big project has snags and John and Lee have continued to engage with us to sort any small issues we have had (drawer fitting, replacing a front that had a small mark). This ongoing relationship and "can-do" attitude separates Haus12 from its competitors we feel.
In terms of work done, we had a total remodel of our kitchen, large amounts of work to damp-proof a previously leaky, damp kitchen (with the occasional slug) and revitalising an old bomb shelter into a functional and integrated part of our kitchen.
We absolutely love the end result 🙂

Being asked the question once our new kitchen had been installed "are you happy with the final result?" was the simplest of all questions to answer! "We absolutely adore it!" At first for the first two weeks it felt like we were living in swanky rented accommodation, since the transformation was massive.
All the family want to congregate within it now, which is super because it has extracted the kids from out of their bedrooms into a much more enjoyable and family social environment. This has got to be one of the largest perks and certainly worth it all.
From the planning and designing stages John was extremely thorough, methodical and creative. Very little did we want to change from what was initially proposed. He took all our ideas into consideration and simply converted the project into something we adore and will enjoy for many years to come.
The fitters again were super, they arrived on time and worked whatever hours were necessary to get the job complete and to a very high standard i would like to add.
We would certainly recommend John and his team, he's a credit to the industry.
