Delighted
On his initial site visit, John asked us about the existing kitchen: what worked; what didn’t work; what could work better; and what was important to us. From the options he presented us with, we chose one that not only looked great, but is more practical in that there’s more usable workspace and storage (although with fewer cupboards). The design has a ‘flow’ to it that the old kitchen lacked.
We felt very comfortable with all of the tradesmen involved: they’re all friendly and they go about their work quietly and efficiently. John – clearly a perfectionist – visited from time and made detailed checks to see that all was as it should be.
In summary, we are delighted with the new kitchen and would highly recommend Haus12.
