Gold standard service
From the first meeting at Haus12 interiors it is clear you are dealing with a quality company. If you have, as we did, visited all the usual kitchen supplier suspects you know immediately that the German kitchens are a cut above. The design process was detailed and we got what we wanted which was a different approach. So different we bought something we didn’t even like before we went through the process. To say we are delighted with the final result is an understatement. We have absolutely got what we paid for which was a Gold Standard Service and not a quibble or compromise on the fit and finish. There have been a couple of issues (nothing goes without a hitch) but you can be sure John’s team sorts it out without any arguments or issues. Indeed their eye for detail is finer than mine and things have been changed that I probably wouldn’t have noticed. In summary we are over the moon with the Kitchen and the whole of the Haus12 team. 100% worth paying the extra to get the high standard of kitchen provided. Highly recommended.
